Catherine, while in that combo box if you press alt-down arrow, it
opens out into a list going all the way to the bottom of the screen
and beyond, rather like the add favorite of old.  Try doing this and
see if it helps.

Otherwise put a call out for a JAWS guru to to help you sort out the
verbosity.

Well according to JAWS this is a combobox and so it isn't announcing
levels
as it would in a tree view - it's treating it as a combobox; and all
the
levels seem to be automatically opened when you first go into it.
