Hi BJ< Just plug into iTunes, go down to the device name, tab to the Restore button and hit it. Job done. How hard is that? Everything will be deleted. We have an Ipod Touch, it has barely been used, but we just don't get on with it. Now, I haven't the time to hook it up, wrestle through the maze of menus and gestures in order to remove the music that's on it. The question I have is, if we were to sell it as is, would the buyer be able to access any information, personal or otherwise, from the device? or could they just delete the music and start from scratch?
