Both Glenn Tookey and James Everson, as well as others, have invested a lot of time - some of it their own - to help you with your PC and software. But you continue to gripe and whinge, either on your own behalf, or picking up the threads of someone else's complaint. If you have a problem with the service we, or any other company provides, then deal directly with the personnel concerned instead of constantly cluttering the list with futile rants that spoil the use of the forum for everyone else.
