Continuous loss of authorisation has only been an issue with JAWS 11.0.734 on Windows 7.0. In almost all other scenarios it is just a temporary aberration and the best advice is to just try and activate again. If you get an error 106 call Sight and Sight Technical Support to explain the situation and we can usually resolve things.
