I have found JAWS 11 the most unsatisfactory vertion i've had. I am quite
disapointed but object having to pay the full over £100 to upgrade to vertion
12 having paid a considerable amount for a full version of 11.

Continuous loss of authorisation has only been an issue with JAWS 11.0.734 on
Windows 7.0. In almost all other scenarios it is just a temporary aberration
and the best advice is to just try and activate again. If you get an error 106
call Sight and Sight Technical Support to explain the situation and we can
usually resolve things.

If you have a continuous loss situation going where it disappears after days or
even hours and you are using JAWS 11.0 then you should check for the version
number above, uninstall it and reinstall using the latest JAWS 11.0.1476 build
available from www.freedomscientific.com website.
