[access-uk] Jumping screen

Hello all -
Don't know how long this has been happening, but got told today that my screen
is not so much flickering, as jumping. So for example, at boot up where the
Microsoft logo appears, it keeps jumping and inch down screen, then back up.
The cursor does the same, and so do the desk top icons etc.
I hope this explains it clearly enough for somebody to tell me if this is a
major problem, or something I can fix? -
