Don't hold your breath - I doubt they even know what Reverse DNS
Lookup is!

Yes, I agree all BT subscribers on this list are having
problems most likely for the reasons George described.

I've written to BT Internet Broadband Support to ask them if
BT are doing what George suggests they may be, and I'll let
the list know if I get an answer from the support team.
