Hi Mary and Andy,

What problems are you experiencing trying to play samples on the new Audible
site? If you activate the button above the title link, which JAWS describes
as "unlabelled flash", the sample should play. I'm not sure how other
screen readers report it.

Dear Mike,

Firstly allow me to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently aware of the issues customers are experiencing with screen
readers since we updated the website and are working to get them resolved as
soon as possible.

As a workaround resolution, we are offering customers a 2 day window in
which they can download a book and return it if they do not like it, as a
substitute for the sample function. Simply purchase a book, and if you
decide within 2 days that you do not like it, send us an email or give us a
call and we will be glad to issue a refund.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Tim F
