Hi Alexander

A copy of the message only goes into the Sent file if the box in Tools/Send detailed as Post a copy of sent messages into Send file is ticked. Is it possible that box was not or is now not ticked.

Hi all,

On my Acer laptop running XP home and Jaws 7.10 I seem to have lost a large amount of sent messages from my sent items folder. The only reason I can think for this happening is that I have done a disk clean-up on my C drive.

If the clean-up has got rid of the sent items then that's OK, but the reason I think that there may be more to it than that is that when compacting folders earlier today in Outlook Express I suffered an error which generated a report that I was advised to send to Microsoft, and I was online at the time I wanted to compact the Outlook Express folders, and also it was compacting the Sent Items folder when the error mentioned above occurred.

Has anyone got any advice please.

Thank you in advance for your help.
