Hi. Basically she can use Outlook Express for a while, then all of a sudden it will freeze for no apparent reason until she reboots her laptop to which the same problem happens again. It was worse though before; her Outlook Express stuck at the splash screen, but I've sinced fixed that via both deleting her dbx files and the identities section of her registry. But it still hasn't fixed the current problem, so this is why I'm asking what e-mail clients, from either Thunderbird, Eudora, or any other for that matter, except Outlook, she could use for the time being. Thanks in advance for the help. What was her issue with outlook express? I've had my problems with it over the years and most recently with IE7 so maybe I can help.
