[access-uk] Nokia Speech V Talks

Hello list
I have been asked by my blind sister about getting a phone, such as the
Nokia T45, which has inbuilt speech on it. I don't know how much speech
these give the user.
I use Talks and can tell her about that.
Does anyone know what the pros and cons are for each for a blind person?
