Hi Sue, Turning the 'to do' and 'reading' panes off is what I do, so yes, in my opinion a good idea. However, I retain the 'navigation' option as I can then shift f6 directly to the folders and go to the one I want to view by cursoring down or up and pressing enter on the folder. Hi. In Outlook 2010, I've turned the navigation pane, the reading pane and the to do bar off. Is this a good idea? I'm using it with Jaws 13. Any other tips about making my Outlook experience easier, are most welcome!
