Thanks. I've turned the navigation pane back on again after realising what you've said. I love the search facility, but when I search for an email from a particular sender, it only searches up to Tuesday which isn't much help to me. I think it's a great feature, but I wish it would search up to date. I get a message telling me that indexing is taking place. I can't see all of my sent items in the sent items list either. Hi Sue, Turning the 'to do' and 'reading' panes off is what I do, so yes, in my opinion a good idea. However, I retain the 'navigation' option as I can then shift f6 directly to the folders and go to the one I want to view by cursoring down or up and pressing enter on the folder. Hi. In Outlook 2010, I've turned the navigation pane, the reading pane and the to do bar off. Is this a good idea? I'm using it with Jaws 13. Any other tips about making my Outlook experience easier, are most welcome!
