I find Outlook much easier than WLM, but I guess it's everyone to their own

I've turned the navigation pane back on again after realising what you've
said.
I love the search facility, but when I search for an email from a particular
sender, it only searches up to Tuesday which isn't much help to me. I think
it's a great feature, but I wish it would search up to date. I get a
message telling me that indexing is taking place.
I can't see all of my sent items in the sent items list either.

Hi Sue,
Turning the 'to do' and 'reading' panes off is what I do, so yes, in my
opinion a good idea. However, I retain the 'navigation' option as I can then
shift f6 directly to the folders and go to the one I want to view by
cursoring down or up and pressing enter on the folder.

Is this a good idea?
I'm using it with Jaws 13.
