[access-uk] PlusNet vs BT Internet

Hello all,



I’m with PlusNet and I’d have to say I’m very happy with their services 
especially their UK based customer support centres. However, to get BT Sport 
channel at a reasonable price it would seem that I have to switch ISP to BT. 
So, what do people think of BT internet generally please? Is their after sale 
support still utterly useless or have they improved. Many thanks.
