Oh right thanks Clive. I usually write my labels from Word by choosing the label size. I will have a look at what you send and see if it helps. I never put both addresses on the labels as they are so small they only are capable of having the address of the sender.

Hello Eleanor, templates are files you can create using Microsoft word and can be used over and over again. They have a .dot extension and are perfect for address labels. You open the template file, type in your and the sender's address, then print the label. I will send you the AFB template and instructions for printing labels off-list.Best wishes, Clive Pallett ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
