Hi again Brian,
Apparently you need to have the latest Adobe Flashplayer 9 installed.
If not, WLM will crash every time.
make sure you uninstall the current flashplayer before you go to install the
newest one from
www.adobe.com
This is also where an earlier lister can get the latest flash player.
