[access-uk] GMAIL SETTING

Hi all,
I'm struggling to find a setting in Gmail which will automatically delete
incoming messages from my account once I've downloaded them to my computer.
I still prefer to work in Outlook Express rather than on the WEB and would
be grateful if anyone can tell me if this can be set for a POP3 account.
