Hi Andy, have you and Debbie looked in the error log report? is that any good in understanding what's going on. its in the start menu under "help and Support" then can tab down to the link (if you the layout isn't set in classic view) "use tools to view you computer's information and diagnose problems". in that... you then have a list on the left, in that list, go to Advanced systems information. then, after that, go into the right pain view and select the link "view error log". not very easy to understand the logs but look for the date that your crash happened, get jaws etc. to read the log. maybe copy and past it here. it might help. Just a thought. all hte best, Justin Hi Debbie - Just to say, you're not on your own in this, It quite regularly happens for me too, and I've now stopped sending the error reports, but like you, have no idea which driver could be causing the problem, and I have checked for updates for drivers from the MS website. Sorry I can't help! Andy ----- Original
