[access-uk] Re; error report

Hi Andy,
have you and Debbie looked in the error log report?  is that any good in
understanding what's going on.  its in the start menu under "help and
Support"  then can tab down to the link (if you the layout isn't set in
classic view) "use tools to view you computer's information and diagnose
problems".
in that... you then have a list on the left, in that list, go to Advanced
systems information.  then, after that, go into the right pain view and
select the link "view error log".  not very easy to understand the logs but
look for the date that your crash happened, get jaws etc. to read the log.

maybe copy and past it here. it might help.

Just to say, you're not on your own in this, It quite regularly happens for
me too, and I've now stopped sending the error reports, but like you, have
no idea which driver could be causing the problem, and I have checked for
updates for drivers from the MS website.
