Hi Andy.
Please don't get confused with the term shortcut. It refers to an icon, if
you prefer to think of it in that way, that would contain the target address
that you need. What I've outlined for you in those steps is a method for
you to create new shortcuts that will have the correct target information in
there. When created, you can copy and paste them into your start menu
programs so that you will have an entry in there for outlook express.
Try following them through step by step and you'll hopefully be sorted.
