I'd only say Mandy that I'm not an expert by any means in this field.  I
think Easy Cleaner does take a fairly conservative approach to registry
cleaning and so you are more unlikely to come unstuck because of stuff being
removed that is really better not removed.  For what its worth, the last
time I used the Microsoft offering it didn't seem compatible with the latest
XP service updates, although that may have changed now.

Like any good registry cleaner Easy Cleaner does have an undo feature.  For
our purposes its also good from the access standpoint, and that's often why
we go with what we go with.
