Hi Mandy,
Tricky one! I've used REgCleaner in various versions since Windows 95, and to my knowledge it's never caused a problem, which is vital if you start any activity with the registry. So for me it's tried and tested, although I only use a small selection of its features. It is possibly not the easiest program to use.

I've only used Easy Cleaner since yesterday, so can't really give it the same testimonial yet. It certainly is easier on the eye and on the screen reader, so if you want something that works straight from the box, this could be a good choice.

It is pretty difficult to decide for someone else what the best software is, though - different strokes for different folks.

Vince.

Hi Ray and Vince, thanks for your prompt replies. You gave me a couple of
options and I'll tell Geoff but out of the I think it was 3 of them, is
there a preference or are they all much of a muchness?

Mandy
