Hi apologies I did not see this email - not until Brian was going through the
emails on the list: probably because it was so difficult reading through the
subjects.
Thanks anyway it has indeed cured the problem and apologies for missing the
email the first time. Also: I emailed the Jaws list stating my email had been
ignored on this list so again many apologies.

Mandy, go to the view menu, current view submenu and uncheck the item
that says "group messages by conversation". It seems that you missed my message
the first time I replied!

I am still having problems where my emails are saying "collapsed" or
sometimes "expanded" and I can't find the solution and disappointingly: nobody
has replied to this.
Surely someone knows what I should do. I've looked through the options
of Outlook Express but anything I've altered there has made no difference at
all.
