Hi Mandy,
The problem you had was experienced by someone else on another list I
subscribe to, and I did suggest to them that the issue had to do with "group
Messages by conversation, as this is what I guessed it would be caused by,
even though I am not using Jaws 9 as I gave up Jaws for personal reasons and
switched to another screen reader.
I apologise for not replying to your first message, as I did see it, but I
was not certain of the problem at the time of your first message, and, not
using jaws 9, I thought it best to see if Jaws users could help at that
stage.
