[access-uk] Smart phones and roaming charges

Hi all -

There was a thing on Money Box this week about a loyer who ran up a bill with 
T-Mobile, for £750 when in Australia, because her phone was downloading data 
without her being aware of it. I was left wondering how this might happen? 
Anybody know? -
