Hi Eleanor,

Asking for an appointment if you want an in-depth demo, as Carol did, makes
common sense. You really can't expect someone to be doing nothing, sitting
there just waiting to do you an hour's demo, at the drop of a hat. If it
was just a let me feel it thing, that would be easy. But because Carol
wanted "in-depth" then it is just plain sense to make an appointment first,
or you're going to get disappointed.

All the best

Steve

Tony we cannot be mind readers and cannot know of an appointment system
through inspiration.
