Hi, Actually Derek it may not be possible to use the 1470 service on the BBC to not with-hold the phone number - if you are behind a PBX, it filters this stuff out. We used to have this problem at work, then people in sales trying to phone would be rejected. We set the ISDN circuit to ensure that the presentation number was set to our main switchboard, so whilst it may be difficult to get through to the right person, the ACR isn't an issue. Very annoying. I suggest it's down to the company and or organisation to have its telecommunications set up correctly. In the case of BBC you should be able to use 1470 to override the number withheld on a call by call basis. And I do also hope BBC is set up to use 18002 access code for communication with deaf customers via Typetalk.
