Hello,Good to see another early riser on the list 'smile'. It was getting lonely on here all by myself 'grin'.I can of course ask the company again, but this is not as easy as it sounds due to the somewhat bureaucratic nature of the way things are set up. I've also mislaid the form (although I know which drawer it should be in) so I can't scan it in right now. I thought this sort of thing would have a generic form rather than having a specific form allocated to each possible company selling eligible products, a bit like the R85 is generic. Hence my asking about the link. Thanks anyway. _______________________________________ Have a pleasant day, Kind Regards and Best Wishes, Hussein. I have an eligible purchase and receipt, but the form I was sent is of such poor quality I'm struggling to read it even under a CCTV. Please note the form is for use with UK authorities for a purchase made wholly within the United Kingdom. Thanks for your help. It's the first time I've done this so I'm a little unsure at this point. _______________________________________ Have a pleasant day, Kind Regards and Best Wishes, Hussein.
