[access-uk] Re: UK VAT reclaim form for items purchased for the blind

Hi,

I know what you mean as the same applied to me when I purchased equipment as a
student. I never got involved with the VAT as it was never charged in the
first place.

The issue here is not that I am not getting VAT exempt. Once the VAT has been
claimed I will reimburse the usual purchaser. It's going round the houses I
know but this was the only way given the way things worked out that I could get
the product in time. Keeping things as they are usually would have meant
several week's delays which we could not afford.

All I really need is the form (hence why I asked if there was a link to a
generic one which would be recognised officially) and a confirmation as to
whether I send it to the supplier or the Inland Revenue.
