You will need to get someone sighted to help you access the
BIOS of your PC such that it looks at the CD first when
looking for a bootable device.  

You only need to do this once.

The only downside is that if you accidentally leave a CD in
your drive and shut down, your system may appear to hang
when you power up later.  And of course there will be no
speech to tell you this.
