Hi Mo,

Yep, just found it.  Thanks for that.  I don't use Thunderbird that much,
but I've had to train someone on it recently.  It's quite a nice app.

Only thing I wish is that you could navigate to folders using first letter
navigation, as you can with Outlook.  AI Square scripted around this, so you
can with Window-Eyes, but I don't know of a way to do it without.  With
Window-Eyes you can press Control-Y as in outlook to go to a folder and you
get first letter navigation.

All the best

Steve

Hi Steve.

The check for updates option is actually located in the about dialogue big
smile.

all the best,

Mo.

Hi Ian,

Yep Mo must have a different version to the rest of us <Big Smile>. I see
no update option either in help.

Sorry I can't answer your question directly though, it's working fine with
Window-Eyes as well.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Unable to read messages in Thunderbird

Hello
I am using the latest builds of Windows 10 and JAWS 17. I am using
Thunderbird as my email client. I am finding that there are messages where
JAWS will only read the subjnect line. When I switch off the virtual cursor,
I can tab through any links there might be. Messages read ok with NVDA. Any
suggestions as to what I might change so that all messages read when using
JAWS?

Iain
