You are on the latest version, 38.6,0, that's why you don't see it.
But if you go to Help then About as Mo said, then read the dialogue with
Jaws Key and W, you will hear that you are up to date.

I am using the latest builds of Windows 10 and JAWS 17. I am using
Thunderbird as my email client. I am finding that there are messages
where JAWS will only read the subjnect line. When I switch off the
virtual cursor, I can tab through any links there might be. Messages
read ok with NVDA. Any suggestions as to what I might change so that
all messages read when using JAWS?
