Yeah, Barbara, that's probably a good idea after you've tried everything else. The MAC address thing Nokia advised you of didn't make much sense either. By the sound of it, you haven't configured your router to filter MAC addresses in the first place, so it's not logical that your router is blocking your phone's MAC address.
