Jackie,
I know this sounds strange, but if you use Outlook as your email client, get
into options and select
Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages/ check box unchecked.
Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages. Checkbox unchecked.
Now send your email to freelist and see what happens.
