Hi Hazel.

I'm also using Jaws 13 on a laptop and have had no problems with it at all.

That's not what you want to hear, but do you know someone who you
could tandem with, who could hear what was happening when you move to
a link on a web page?

I'm surprised that Sight and Sound left you in the state that you're
in quite frankly.

Have you put Jaws 11 on your laptopk or tried Jaws 13 on the desktop
to see if the same thing happens?

I'm not being much help, but it must be so frustrating for you, I'd
like this matter resolved.

I'm a constant user of the internet, and shop frequently.

I'd be lost without it, so I know how you must feel.

Let's hope someone can tandem in, and help you out.

Sue.
