Here is a quote from Ombudsman

"HSBC unfortunately don't have the option to print Braille statements
on
one side - as this is what it told me."

But the truth is, HSBC does have the option.

Ombudsman goes on to say

"HSBC is required to make reasonable adjustments to allow its
customers
to use its services in the same way as everyone else. Although I
appreciate you'd prefer to have your bank statements printed on one
side,
I can't say HSBC must fulfil your individual preference. The change
HSBC has made with its Braille services in my opinion is reasonable."

I think the ombudsman should give reasons as to why they feel it's
reasonable, and why they don't believe, the bank has mislead them.

I mean saying
"HSBC unfortunately don't have the option to print Braille statements
on
one side - as this is what it told me."
