As far as the Plextalk is concerned, the answer is a resounding no.

I have a plextalk pocket which I like for the ease of access.
I also have the plextalk PT1 from the rnib which I hate.
Is there a desktop version with buttons which give the same ease of access as
the Plextalkpocket?
