[access-uk] for sale and a braille question

Hi all first I am trying to use my apex as a braille display with window eyes
but when I connect the two devices it goes in to the hardware wizzard as if I
need drivers for the apex. is this the case?
secondly I have a friend who is selling a braille note pk in very good nick.
reason for sale is he is moving on to the braille sense on hand.
he is asking four hundred pounds for the pk that is £400
