hi there well is my email address a form of advertising as it is pianotuner dot
plus dot com at the end of it. but anyway i think the subject should be dropped
now and we should move on to access things like how difficult the over drive
app is and i must say like steve i do use kindle and the very very good audible
app which to me is brilliant. it is a shame the rnib could not have done
something like audible have done i do understand that over drive is a borrowing
library but if the rnib are meant to be helping blind people then over drive is
much much too fiddly to do and like iain says to download a book doing it from
the pc then putting on to your device is so much faster and easier to do. again
to me all these testing and filling in of forms is not as good as having say a
weekend away somewhere where people can get together and discuss these things.
on this list we have many very experienced people who are blind using
differentt technology
maybe in the future over drive could get better who knows.
