Alexander, is your e-mail client, Outlook Express, set to remember your username and password? This can be set per account, so just because one account logs in fine doesn't mean all of them will.

Hi all,

I am asking the question in the subject line, as several times today I have tried to either send or receive messages using Outlook Express 6 on my btinternet account and noticed that a screen comes up with my username and password.

If I just OK it I can then either send or receive or both, so there is no actual problem my end, it is just that I have not had this problem for some time, and am wondering if it is just a problem local to me, or is it a national btinternet problem?

I will take a look on the BT Internet website, but if anyone can point me towards a particular part of it to speed things up I would appreciate it.

Thank you all in advance.
