Thank you for your reply.
I've checked where you said, and there is a "remember password" check box
and that is checked, there is nothing about user names, so I would guess
that the problems I was having were to do with the high volume of traffic on
the BT broadband within the part of Birmingham where I live, as this has not
happened to me that often.
