Hi Alexander, it's good to know that you've sort of solved the problem. If the remember password check box is checked, then like you said it could be due to the high volume of traffic in your area. Hope you get it sorted soon, even though it doesn't happen very often. Good luck.

I've checked where you said, and there is a "remember password" check box and that is checked, there is nothing about user names, so I would guess that the problems I was having were to do with the high volume of traffic on the BT broadband within the part of Birmingham where I live, as this has not happened to me that often.
