[access-uk] hsbc internet banking

Hi
My son went into our HSBC bank today and set up internet banking. They gave him
a little device which generates security codes to enable hime to log into his
account. I mentioned to the lady that my wife and i use internet banking and
don't have one of these devices. She said it is a new system and everone will
be transfering to the new system. I pointed out that it would be inaccessible
for us to use. she said there is a special device which we could use. she tried
ordering them but her computer wouldn't let her sign in. she advised me to
contact telephone banking and asking them to send them out. Does anyone else do
internet banking with HSBC and have been told about this device or is using
one. We would be interested to know how it works, and if it works.
