In respect of all this then Christopher, What do I need to do to get
another JAWS registration? My sound card is the Realtech ac97 I
think, it came with the PC, which came with XP preinstalled; I was
never sent a CD for ac97, so do you think it will still work after
the installation? As for word2000, is there a way to make a copy of
the programme so I can copy it back after the installation? I don't
have a code for it!

Your help is much apreciated, I don't have muc knowledge about these
things when they stop working as they should!
