Hi Andy,
With Jaws you can re-activate with Freedom if you have an Internet
license, if it is a floppy based license you need to transfer the token
back to the disk before formatting.
The sound card drivers are probably combined in a motherboard driver
disk or something, they won't necessarily jump out at you saying "these
are sound card drivers" unless the board is something like a Creative
etc.
Regarding Word, you must have had a code originally when you installed
it? If not, did you have the original disks? Sometimes it comes with
Works Suite, but if you haven't the disk you won't be able to reinstall
it from just copying back the items in Program Files.

In respect of all this then Christopher, What do I need to do to get=20
another JAWS registration? My sound card is the Realtech ac97 I=20
think, it came with the PC, which came with XP preinstalled; I was=20
never sent a CD for ac97, so do you think it will still work after=20
the installation? As for word2000, is there a way to make a copy of=20
the programme so I can copy it back after the installation? I don't=20
have a code for it!
Your help is much apreciated, I don't have muc knowledge about these=20
things when they stop working as they should!
