[access-uk] problem with jaws on my netbook

Hi Everyone.
I am experiencing a technical issue with jaws on my NC10 netbook. For some
reason, whenever I try using the jaws cursor or the invisible cursor to locate
objects or text on the screen, I am only getting blank,, blank which ever way I
move the cursor. Similarly, when in list views, jaws won't announce the item
selected, saying something like no selected item.
Any insight in to this gratefully received.
