Hi Chris. Will this retain my authorization? This is my wife's copy, so I don't want her to lose an auth count on my behalf *smile*.

Try uninstalling JAWS completely, including shared components, then reinstall JAWS. This should properly repair the video intercept driver. -- Chris Hallsworth e-mail: christopherh40@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx MSN: ch9675@xxxxxxxxxxx Skype: chrishallsworth7266----- Original Message ----- From: "Ibrahim Gucukoglu" <ibrahim_gucukoglu@xxxxxxxx>To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, March 06, 2009 3:10 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: problem with jaws on my netbook Hi Chris. That was my initial thinking, I uninstalled then reinstalled the video intercept manager, but the same problem occurs. I am experiencing a technical issue with jaws on my NC10 netbook. For some reason, whenever I try using the jaws cursor or the invisible cursor to locate objects or text on the screen, I am only getting blank,, blank which ever way I move the cursor. Similarly, when in list views, jaws won't announce the item selected, saying something like no selected item. Any insight in to this gratefully received. All the best, Ibrahim. ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
