Hi James,

In theory yes, but I had a problem when I installed several programs, where
even though they were installed to the correct drive, they insisted that
they couldn't find Drive C:.

I know which type of programs you mean, but no, programs don't look for the
C drive, they look for the partition or drive that actively hosts the copy
of windows that the program is being run from. So, if I had 2 copies of
windows, 1 on drive b and 1 on drive c, I could run a program from drive b
and it would install to drive b, and the same thing with drive c.
