Hi Mike,
If you don't have ready access to sighted assistance, you could try asking Siri
to turn on Voiceover assuming Siri is set up.
Try holding in the home button until you hear a double beep. Release it and say
'Hi Siri, turn on Voiceover'.
If that doesn't work and you have access to a computer with iTunes installed,
you should be able to connect your phone with the cable provided and turn
Voiceover from within iTunes.
Triple clicking the home button won't work unless you've specifically set it
up.
Cheers,
Ed

Hello Again
I took George's advice and visited the Vodaphone store this morning. A very
helpful lady sorted out the sim for me, but before handing the phone back,
apparently switched off voice over. Can anyone tell me how I switch it back
on?
I have tried 3 clicks of the home key with out success.
With thanks in advance
Mike.
