I endorse Paul's comment entirely. GW Micro are modest enough to say that there relationship with MS isn't exclusive. doug. did tell me at Sight Village that the DCM chainer I think, or the Intercepter, is written in assembly language so this sort of thing is certainly not done by any old programmer. It was developed by GW Micro, so that | screen access software could co-exist. | | Your previous comments on this issue are imho absolutely spot on! Just one | small inaccuracy I'd like to point out so as to keep the record straight. No | individual screen reader company can claim exclusive credit for DCM - it was | a collaborative effort which included Microsludge and any willing | participating access technology developers. Suffice to say that WE and Hal | happily co-existed far earlier and with less belly-ups than the Shark! Note | that I said willing participants!! | | Cheers mate. | | Paul. | | ** To leave the list, cli ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
